(Pilgrims must have their immunisation at least ten days before travelling)Children aged one year and over and traveling on a parent's passport must have their photograph affixed to the passport and endorsed by the authority concerned. Their photograph must also be affixed to the application form.All females should be accompanied by a Mohram, the husband, father, uncle, adult son, brother or nephew. The accompanying Mohram must be at least 17 years old.All non-UK passport holders must have permanent residency in the UK. Important Notes Lodging of passports: from 9.00 am until 12.00 noon Monday to Friday (inclusive) Collection of processed passports: from 3.00 pm until 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday, and on Friday from 2.00pm until 3.00pm.Last day for acceptance of Umra application form is the 15th of Ramadan. For Hajj visas, acceptance of applications will commence on the 15th of Shawwal and the last day for acceptance of applications is the 25th of Dhu'l-Qada in accordance with the Hejirah calendar.
