His Excellency Abdulrahman Bin Suleiman Al AHMED, Ambassador
of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques to the Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand
Duchy of Luxembourg and head of the Kingdom's Mission to the European Union attended on November 23, 2017 the meeting of
His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Amin Al-Jafri, Deputy Chairman of the Shura
Council with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the North Atlantic Treaty
Organization, Mr. Paolo Alli, in the margins of the seminar
held by the Parliamentary Assembly. The
seminar was hosted by the Italian Parliament at its headquarters in Rome. During
the meeting, they exchanged views and discussed ways of strengthening and
expanding the horizons of cooperation between the Kingdom and the parliamentary
arm of NATO. This meeting comes within the efforts of the embassy in Brussels to
strengthen the role of parliamentary diplomacy.
