His Excellency Abdulrahman Bin Suleiman Al AHMED, Ambassador of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg headed the Kingdom's delegation at the Third Ministerial Conference on the Victims of Ethnic and Religious Violence in the Middle East, which was hosted by Brussels, Belgium's capital on 14 May 2018 at the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Egmont Palace). A large number of representatives of States and international organizations participated in the conference, which is a Follow up Conference of those in Paris (2015) & Madrid (2017) on victims of ethnic and religious violence in the Middle East.

Belgium and Lebanon Foreign Ministers, Didier Reynders  and Gebran Bassil, opened the Ministerial Conference.
