The Head of Kingdom's Mission to the European Union, Saad Al-Arify @SaadAlarify , met at the mission headquarters with the Kuwaiti ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium the outgoing head of the mission to the European Union and NATO, Jasem Albudaiwi @jasemalbudaiwi.
