The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Greece, Saleh Bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi hosted a dinner on Saturday, October 30, 2010, at the Macedonia Palace Hotel in the city of Thessaloniki in northern Greece to honor the Saudi military delegation, headed by General Abdullah Bin Saleh Al Amri Commander of the North Western region in Saudi Arabia, participating in “DEFENSYS”, the International Defence & Security Fair. The dinner was attended by the members of the delegation, some Greek militaries and friends of the Embassy.

The Exhibition under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Defence, was inaugurated last Thursday, October 28, 2010, in the presence of the Minister of Defence and was attended by several Defence Ministers from different countries and delegations from 60 countries around the world. The items exhibited included advanced technology military equipment in addition to communication systems manufactured by a number of foreign countries including Greece.
