​​​​In the presence of His Excellency Ambassador of the Custodian of
the Two Holy Mosques, Mr. Saleh Bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi,
Ambassador to the Republic of Greece and non Resident Ambassador
to the Republic of Bulgaria, a cooperation programme was signed
on 6th June 2011, at the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry in Sofia between
the Institute of Diplomatic Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Diplomatic Institute at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, with the aim of establishing
a programme of joint cooperation and exchange of expertise between
the two institutes. The agreement was signed by H.E. Dr. Abdulkarim
H. Al Dekhayel on behalf of the Saudi Diplomatic Institute and by Mrs.
Tanya Mihaylova, Acting Director of the Diplomatic Institute of
Bulgaria. The ceremony was attended by a number of officials from the
Bulgarian Foreign Ministry.
