Ambassador Saleh bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, the Saudi Ambassador in Greece and Bulgaria hosted a dinner for the Saudi delegation participating in the Special Olympics for People with Special Needs currently being held in Greece.

The ceremony was attended by all members of the team's official delegation and was headed by H.E. Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Secretary General of the Saudi Arabian Sports Association for People with Special Needs and Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Special Olympics and all team members participating in the games, in addition to most members of the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Athens.

The Ambassador delivered a speech to his guests in which he expressed his pleasure at the presence of the Saudi team on Greek soil, and stressed that the Embassy services was at their disposal. He also congratulated them on receiving the winning medals so far in the games they participated in and H.E. hopes that God Almighty will help them to achieve more victories.

At the end of the ceremony, HE the Ambassador presented, to all, memento gifts from Greece, adding that it not the price of the gift but the meaning behind it.
