On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the Kingdom’s National Day, the hearts and souls of the people of this generous country outpour with love and pride on this special day and in a new year where an exchange of love and reverence between a wise leadership and proud citizens who proudly raise the banner of unity high in the sky of Saudi Arabia. We celebrate this occasion and we witness and reap the blessed fruits sowed by the late King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud – May God rest His soul – and the commitment of his righteous sons after him and their descendants in maintaining and continuing the Islamic fundamentals formulating the country’s cultural renaissance keeping in balance modernization of the country and upholding religious values and customs which has made the country today – with praise and gratitude to Allah – an example to the developing nations and a beacon that exemplifies development and growth in the many fields of science, economy, education and civilization.
On this anniversary of establishment and achievement, and in the light of what has been realized in the course of building and planning, we feel proud, as citizens of this great and beloved country, of the achievements of our leadership, the building and construction of everything that serves the nation and its citizens and the progress made in the fields of education, economy and civilization that has led the country to have more impact and presence in all international forums making it among the top ranked developed nations.
I feel honored together with my fellow colleagues at the Embassy in Athens, on this precious occasion, to offer our deepest congratulations and blessings to our leader the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, H.R.H. the Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz and the Second Deputy to the Prime Minister H.R.H. Prince Nayef Bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, as well as to our loyal people, asking the Almighty God to save and protect this generous country in which we feel proud to be part of and belong.
