In a ceremony at the presidential palace in Athens, on Wednesday morning 17/9l2008, Mr. Saleh Bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi presented his credentials to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Greece, Mr. Karolos Papoulias. The Ambassador Al-Ghamdi conveyed to His Excellency the President, the warm greetings and best wishes of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, and progress and prosperity to the friendly Greek People.  
     His Excellency the Greek President, asked the Saudi Ambassador to convey his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and to the friendly people of Saudi Arabia. His Excellency The President granted more time to Ambassador Al-Ghamdi, after presenting his letters of credentials, during which they discussed matters of mutual interest and friendly relations existing between the two countries and peoples.
