Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, received a telephone call on Tuesday from Yemeni Prime Minister Dr Ali Mohammed Mujawar.
During the call, they discussed cooperation between the two countries in all fields and ways of their enhancement in the service of the common interests of the two countries and their peoples.
The Crown Prince stressed the Kingdom's keenness on supporting the progress and development in Yemen, and he sent his greetings to the President of the Republic of Yemen Ali Abdullah Saleh and wished him good health and happiness and steady progress and development for brotherly relations between the two countries.
On his part, the Yemeni Prime Minister commended the continuing development of relations between the two neighboring countries at all levels and he sent the greetings of Yemen's President to the Crown Prince and wished constant good health and prosperity for him and further progress and prosperity for the Saudi people.
He expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Crown Prince for his approval on financing the execution of a pipeline to carry water from a water desalination station within the framework of efforts being exerted to solve the water crisis, especially in Taiz province, and to ensure new sources of water for citizens.
