​His Excellency Ambassador Ziad Al Atiyah met with His Excellency Ambassador Abdulrahman Al-Otaibi, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in The Hague, and the Permanent Representative of the State of Kuwait to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), where they discussed issues of common interest.
