1. Visa number issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia.

2. A recent photograph of the visa applicant with white background.

3. The passport validity must not be less than six months.

4. Two empty pages must be in the passport.

5. Apply to an agency accredited by the Embassy (​Services Offices.pdf).
