​I have the great honor of welcoming you to this celebration on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This day heralded the great development and strides achieved by the Kingdom in all sectors since the founding and unification of the Kingdom by the heroic victories of the late King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al –Saud.

At this time we are witnessing the remarkable progress achieved by the kingdom in so brief a time for the benefit and well being of all the people of the Kingdom.

On this great occasion I have the honor of commending the excellent relations between our two governments and brotherly people.
