The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Greece, H.E. Saleh Bin Mohammed Al Ghamdi, hosted an impressive reception at the Grande Bretagne Hotel in the city of Athens on Thursday, September 23, 2010. A great number of dignitaries, highly ranked officials, members of the Greek parliament and the foreign Diplomatic Corps accredited to the Hellenic Republic, friends of the Embassy, Saudi citizens in Greece, as well as Heads of the local Muslim community were among the guests who attended the reception. The Palestinian Minister of National Economy, Mr. Hassan Abu Labda, while visiting Greece on the occasion of the 3^rd Arab-Greek Economic Forum, also honoured the reception with his presence.

During the reception, Arabian food and coffee as well as delicious Saudi dates were served, while video footages were projected on huge screens showing the achievements and progress in Saudi Arabia under the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

At the end of the reception, books on Saudi Arabia, posters and other printed materials were distributed to the guests.
