On the evening of Sunday, October 2, 2011, the Diplomatic staff of the Saudi Embassy in Greece, headed by the Deputy Chief of Mission Mr. Abdulmomen Sharaf, hosted a farewell party in honour of the departing Ambassador H.E. Mr. Saleh Moh’d Al-Ghamdi on the occasion of the termination of his mission to the Republic of Greece and his transfer to his new assignment in Italy.

First Secretary Mr. Hatem Edrees delivered a short speech on behalf of his colleagues praising the values of the departing Ambassador and his strong devotion to the service of the religion, his King and his country.

On his part, Ambassador Al-Ghamdi reciprocated with touching words thanking all the members of his staff for their kind initiative, asking them to persevere in their work for their country and its people and to multiply the efforts in order to represent the Kingdom abroad in the best possible way. He concluded his speech by wishing them every success and progress on their assignments.
