Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, decorated at his palace Al-Aziziyyah here today the Commander of Naval Forces Lieutenant General Dakheelallah bin Ahmad bin Mohammed Al-Waqdani with his new rank on the occasion of the issuance of the royal order promoting him from the rank of Major General to the rank of Lieutenant General and appointing him as Commander of Naval Forces.
