Operations & maintenance of the Ambassador’s Residence Building in Wassenaar

Only General Contractors, who have recently completed work similar in type and scope to this project, need to apply.

Pre-qualification documents need to be returned within 2 weeks from the date of this advertisement to the Embassy Address:

Tender documents which are to be purchased for non-refundable amount of (€100) will be made available to only qualified general contractors who will be contacted.

Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Embassy above address no later than 03:00 p.m. on 22 of Nov.   2021

General Contractors shall be required to submit together with their bids a bank guarantee equal to (1%) of the bid sum (bid bond guarantee) with a (4 months validity starting from the date of submittal, which will be released back after the selected bid has been announced

The Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion
