Hajj :

This visa is free of cost for first time and 2000 Saudi riyals for the second time , apply it through national commission of Muslim Filipinos(NCMF), is valid for entry only in to Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah.

Umrah :

This visa is free of cost for the first time and 2000 Saudi riyals for the second time , apply through travel agencies below for this present year :

    I : las palmas tours and travel agency Inc.

    II : travel managers international Inc.

    III : Amity travels.

   Businessman visa :

Requirements :

1)Visa will be granted based on electronic invitation from one of the Saudi companies or establishments or without invitation as long as the applicant is known as among businessmen category by presenting proofs indicating his commercial and industrial identity.

2) Copy of the company’s commercial registration.

NOTE :

*U.S PASSPORT HOLDER CAN OBTAIN VISIT VISA MULTIPLE WITH VALIDITY WITHIN 5 YEARS WITH FEES OF 400 SAUDI RIYALS.

 Commercial Visit:

Requirements :

1)Copy of electronic letter of invitation or commercial visa referral number.

2) Submission of letter from the company where the applicant is working addressed to the Embassy indicating therein his commercial identity, duly authenticated by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce.

Note :

family (wife – children) can be escort with the person who hold the commercial visa after the approve the relation.

Working Visit Visa:

1)Copy of working visit visa slip or electronic invitation letter , or copy of approval from ministry foreign affaires of Saudi Arabia.

Family Visa

Diplomatic Visa:

2)letter from the organization or ministry foreign affairs for the person seeking the visa ( for those going to visit the embassies or organization)

Tourist Visa:

Work Visa:

Requirements :

 1) Working visa slip ensuring that profession is matching with the profession in the employment contract.

2) Electronic authority letter from one of the national recruitment offices in the Kingdom for household workers category. Electronic authority sent through internet from recruiting commercial companies and establishments and written authority from chamber of commerce.

3) Valid medical certificate issued by one of the medical centers accredited by the Embassy. Passports will be submitted to the Embassy only after (3) days effective from the time of submission of medical certificate application to the accredited medical center to ensure that such medical certificate has been uploaded electronically in the system before the submission of passports.

4) University educational attainments’ certificates for specialized professions such as engineers, medical doctors and nurses. For technical profession categories.

5) Educational certificates and work experience certificates must be duly authenticated by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs and Saudi Embassy in Manila..

6) Original clearance certificate (National Bureau of Investigation –NBI- Clearance).

7) Ages of recruited workers :

The minimum age of recruited worker in general should not be less than (21) years old and should not exceed (60) years except for the following worker categories:

Age of recruited tailors to work in garment workshops should be at least (30) years old.

Age of workers in ladies textile and ready-made garments shops should be at least (40) forty years old.

Age of barbers should be at least ( 35) years old. Applicants required for personal interview at the Embassy.

*EXCEPT THE DOCTORS (M/F) FROM THE AGES.

8) Religion:

Only Muslims will be granted working visa to work in the holy places ( Mecca Al Mukarramah & Al Medina Al Munawwarah).

The religion of those who work in the Kingdom under the babysitter category must be Islam and not be less than 21 years old.

Only Muslims will be granted working visa to work as butchers.

9) The prevailing rules and regulations in the Kingdom do not allow any one who cannot read and write to enter the Kingdom to work.

10) The validity of working visa is 90 days effective from the date of its issuance. Any working visa exceeding such validity period will not be accepted.

Temporary Work Visa:

1)For renewal of re-entry visa, the period of stay of the applicant outside the Kingdom must not exceed seven (7) months for workers and 13 months for student , from the date of his last departure from the Kingdom.

2) Attach copy of worker's valid residence permit.

3) Attachment of no-objection letter duly signed by the sponsor/employer indicating his approval for extension of re- entry visa of the worker and ratification by MOFA.

4) resident permit must be valid.

FOR THE CHILDREN RESIDENTS IN THE KINGDOM

WHO ARE STUDYING IN THE PHILIPPINES AND THEIR MOTHERS ACCOMPANYING THEM :

1) Their period of stay outside the Kingdom must not exceed more than (13) months effective from their last departure from the Kingdom.

2) Must show any proof indicating that they are continuously studying in any university or school.

3) Present a letter from their guardian residing in the Kingdom duly authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a proof that their guardian is still working in the Kingdom.

4)Their residence permits must be valid.
