​The Consular at the Embassy Mr. Hamoud Ibrahim Al-Ghrair  attended a press conference called by Hon. Prof. Tarsis Kabwegyere Minister of relief, Refugees and Disaster Preparedness and Hon. Isaac Musumba Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Regional Cooperation at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uganda  about the floods which devastated some parts of Uganda recently and resulted into death and loss of people and displacement of others.
