Saudi ambassador to Australia and New Zealand Mr Haasan Talat Nazer has paid on official visit to the state of New South Wales in Australia in response to an official invitation from the Government of the state.

H.E Nazer met the the Governor of New South Wales her Excellency Prof. Marie Bashir and a number of ministers and senior officials among them the Honorable Ian MacDonald, Minister for Primary Industries, Minister for Energy, Minister for Mineral Resources and Minister for State Development who hosted the official luncheon in the honour of H.E Nazer, also Mr Nazer met The Hon. John Della Bosca, MLC Minister for Education, Minister for Industrial Relations and Minister for the Central Coas., The Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Hon. John Aquilina, Mr Stepan Kerkyasharian, Chairperson Community Relations Commission and President of the Anit-Discrimination Board,

He also held talks with the Executive Director Sydney Chamber of Commerce Mr Patricia Forsythe and number of businessmen .

H.E Nazer discussed with state officials several aspects of enhancing cooperation between the Kingdom and Australia in all spheres, especially commercial , investment and educational fields.
