​The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia wishes to advise, as directed by the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, visitors who enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a visit visa, between the fifteenth of Dul-Qidah 1445 Hijri ( 23 May 2024 ) through the end of the fifteenth of Dhul Hijjah ( 21 June 2024) of the same year, will not be allowed entry into the Holy city of Makkah for any purpose and will not be permitted to remain in the Holy city of Makkah during the same period. Kindly note that a visit visa is not considered a permit to perform Hajj.
