REQUIREMENTS:​

  1. A completed visa application form Application Forms
  2. Original and copy of a passport valid for at least six months from the travel date
  3. One photograph (4 cm x 6 cm)
  4. Copy of proof of relationship (birth certificate revealing both parents names.)
  5. Copy of the marriage certificate (marrige approval from Saudi Ministry of Interior)
  6. Copy of the Saudi Passport & I.D. of the mother or spouse
  7. A request letter for the issuing of the visa from the Saudi citizen
  8. A letter from the father allowing the child to accompany his mother, if the father is not accompanying them). (Copy of two pieces of identification showing his signature).
  9. Visa fee must paid on line Visa Platform

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A completed visa application form Application Forms
  2. Original and copy of the passport valid for at least six months from the travel date
  3. One recent passport size photograph stapled to the application (4cm X 6 cm)
  4. Copy of residency permit (IQAMA)
  5. Copy of the exit re-entry visa.
  6. Copy of the sponsor’s passport
  7. A request letter the issuing or extending of the visa from the Saudi Citizen (notarized).
  8. Copy of confirmed reservations must be presented along with the application (itinerary). It must show date of entry to the Kingdom.
  9. Exit re-entry visa is free but If we are issuing residency visa you must pay online with the visa electronic service Visa Platform.

(C) RESIDENCY VISA FOR A WIFE OF A SAUDI CITIZEN​

Visa validity is 3 months from the date of issue 
 

REQUIREMENTS:

The sponsor in Saudi Arabia must apply for a visa authorization through the Ministry of INTERIOR. Once the application is approved, it is sent to MOFA, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send the authorization directly to the Consulate. The sponsor must provide the applicant with the authorization date and number. Please attach visa slip to application.
  1. A completed visa application form Application Forms
  2. Original and copy of the passport valid for at least six months from the travel date. 
  3. Two recent (4x6 cm) passport size photographs with a plain white background. Attach one photo to the application and the other to the medical report.
  4. Proof of relationship to the sponsor (both the Islamic marriage certificate as well as the marriage certificate issued by the Canadian government must be certified by The Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs- legalization department). Visit their website on www.international.gc.ca
  5. Non-Canadian applicants must submit a valid residency permit (permanent resident card). (Send only copyof front and back of the PR card)
  6. Copy of the husband’s passport.
  7. Medical report, with all tests results (the original copy). Make sure to keep a copy for your records
  8. Police clearance report (original copy). Make sure to keep a copy for your records
  9. Proof of the wife’s conversion to Islam (if the wife has converted or if it is required by the Saudi Ministry of Interior)
  10. Visa fee must be paid online Visa Platform
  11. The Saudi Citizen must provied the marriage approval to be able to issue Iqama Visa for his or her spouse

(D) Instructions to visa platform

  1. Google visa.mofa.gov.sa
  2. Under electronic services, choose individuals
  3. Under visa services you choose applications for visa from Saudi missions abroad
  4. You read the agreement and press agree
  5. Start with scanning the photo first  then you complete the application
  6. Complete application on enjaz in capital letters, according to passport, use single entry only unless you have an authorization that states otherwise, for sponsor put  the name of Saudi citizen in full, for relationship mention son, daughter, wife, or husband  .
  7. Once you complete the application and you do the enjaz fee payment you will get an application number, which is the e-number.
  8. Go back to electronic services and choose visa fees payments
  9. Put the application number with the letter starting with the letter e, passport  number, image code which is given by the screen make payment
  10. Please print all aspects of the process and include with your documents

  4. تعبئة البيانات الشخصية (مسح الصورة الشخصية – تعبئة البيانات حسب جواز السفر بدون أي إضافات  (CAPITAL LETTERS)  ، اختيار دخول واحد فقط (إلا بحالة وجود مستند يشير إلى خيارات اخرى)، اسم الكفيل (اسم المواطن السعودي كامل )، يكتب في خانة العلاقة / المهنة (ابن، بنت، زوجة، زوج)
  5. تدفع رسوم خدمة إدخال البيانات  على الموقع (عشر دولار)  إدخال بيانات البطاقة الائتمانية و استكمال عملية الدفع
  6. العودة إلى رابط الأفراد لدفع رسوم التأشيرة  إدخال بيانات البطاقة الائتمانية و استكمال عملية الدفع
  7. طباعة الطلب و إرفاقه مع وثائق التأشيرة .
