The Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of India Mr. Saleh Mohd. Al-Ghamdi called on the newly elected Vice-President of India H.E. Mr. Mohammad Hamid Ansari at his residence in the Indian capital and delivered to him a congratulatory message from H.R.H. Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence and Civil Aviation, felicitating him on his election as Vice-President of the friendly Republic of India and wishing him best of health and happiness and the friendly people and the Government of India continued progress and prosperity.
During the meeting of Ambassador with the Hon’ble Vice-President, the two sides reviewed the fast-expanding relations between the two friendly countries and peoples, which have witnessed unprecedented growth in all fields especially after the State visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosqes King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al-Saud to the Republic of India in January 2006.
