In keeping with the instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for constantly taking care of the Saudi nationals residing outside the country, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of India, H.E. Mr. Saleh Mohd. Al-Ghamdi, accompanied by the Second Secretary, in charge of students and citizen’s affairs, Mr. Bandar Al-Zaid paid a visit to the Saudi students deputed by the Ministry of Higher Education this year, who are currently undergoing an intensive English language programme at the Jamia Hamdard University in New Delhi.

 

During the trip, the Ambassador visited the accommodation and classrooms of the Saudi students and enquired about their comfort. He also met the Vice Chancellor of the University and the officials in charge of the Saudi students. The Ambassador interacted with the students and exhorted them to take full advantage of the opportunity and multiply their effort to master the English language so that they could join the desired courses in the Indian universities from the next academic year.

 

After the coming month of Ramadhan, the Ambassador will also visit another group of Saudi students who are studying in Bangalore in order to see their arrangements and the facilities provided to them in the Indian universities and institute there.
