The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received the British Chancellor of the Exchequer, Philip Hammond, at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah. During the meeting, they discussed means of developing economic and financial cooperation between the two countries and the opportunities to further strengthen the relationship in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
They also discussed security cooperation and regional developments in light of Iranian threats to the waterways and the freedom of international navigation.
