VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia (Consular Section) Kuala Lumpur, would like to  announce that as of 15/11/2012 all applications for visa/endorsement/attestation MUST BE submitted through agencies registered with the Consular Section.

The issuance of E-number does not necessary means approval for Visa.

The Embassy reserves the right to refuse any application without giving reasons and change any requirements without prior notice.

Kindly be informed that all Umrah applications has to be submitted through an Umrah travel agency registered with the Embassy.

 LIST OF COMPANIES REGISTERED WITH THE EMBASSY TO SUBMIT VISA APPLICATION 2013

All application must be attached with:
1- Enter and printout the entire data with a recent photograph through the website (https://www.enjazit.com.sa)
2- completed application form with (1) recent photograph (size 4cmX6cm, white background and the face mustpresent 60% to 70% of photo).
3- A valid passport not less than (6) months and have a minimum of (2) blank pages in sequences.
4- Bank draft paid to (ROYAL EMBASSY OF SAUDI ARABIA)

Submission: 9.30am – 12 noon (Monday – Friday)
Collection: 2.30 pm – 3.30 pm (Monday – Friday)

(i) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
  BUSINESS VISIT

* Business visit visas are issued to professional applicant's (e.g. technician, engineer, consultant, doctor etc…)
* ensure the designation is tally with all document.
* Women applicant's must obtain consent letter from their spouse/guardian notarize by commissioner of Oaths Malaysia.
1- Approval visa from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.
2- A copy of Education certificates which is consistent with the profession applied in the approval, endorsed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia. Any certificates issued outside of Malaysia, should be endorsed by the issuing country's Embassy and then Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia.
3- A service contract from the both party, certified by Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
4- (2) Two years of experience in the said profession.
5- A company letter addressed to Saudi Embassy in KL certified by any of Malaysian Chamber of Commerce acknowledges: Nature of Business, the applicant's name, position, passport No. and purpose of visit.
6- A copy of passport & residence permit in Malaysia for non-Malaysian.
7- Visa fee:     RM 200.00 (single entry)
                    RM 500.00 (multiple entries)
                    RM 400.00 (single entry for American)
                    RM 700.00 (multiple entries for American)

(ii) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
COMMERCIAL VISIT

* Commercial visit visas are issued to company owners, mangers, representatives of Malaysian companies and businessmen.
*  ensure the designation is tally with all document.
* Businesswomen applicant's must obtain approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia and has to obtain a consent letter from their spouse/guardian notarize by commissioner of Oaths Malaysia.

1- Apply and printout of electronic application no. for commercial visa from Saudi Chamber of Commerce in Saudi.
2- A company letter addressed to Saudi Embassy in KL certified by any of Malaysian Chamber of Commerce acknowledges: Nature of Business, the applicant's name, position, passport No. and purpose of visit, to be attached with R.O.C clarify the nature of business.
3- A copy of passport & residence permit in Malaysia for non-Malaysian.
4- Visa fee:     RM 200.00 (single entry)
                    RM 500.00 (multiple entry)
                    RM 400.00 (single entry for American)
                    RM 700.00 (multiple entry for American)

(iii) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
 EMPLOYMENT VISA

1-An Original power of attorney from the employer certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
2- A copy of employment contract certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce..
3- (2) copies of Education certificates which is consistent with the profession applied in the approval, endorsed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia. One copy to be endorsed by the Embassy with a bank draft (RM 30.00). Any certificates issued outside of Malaysia, should be endorsed by the issuing country's Embassy and then Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia.
4- An original & copy of Medical Report from Government or Private Hospital not Clinics ensure photo is  attached, signed & stamped across the front by the Doctor(The Medical Report Form can be obtained from Saudi Embassy)
5- Police clearance from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia
5- Women applicant's must obtain consent letter from their spouse/guardian notarize by commissioner of Oaths Malaysia.
6- A copy of passport & residence permit in Malaysia for non-Malaysian.
7- ensure the designation is tally with all document.
8- Visa fee:     RM 50.00

(iv) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
RESIDENT VISA

1- Approval visa from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.     
2- Testimony of relationship status: A copy of marriages certificate for spouse & A copy of birth certificate for children.
3- An original & copy of Medical Report from Government or Private Hospital not Clinics ensure photo is  attached, signed & stamped across the front by the Doctor(The Medical Report Form can be obtained from Saudi Embassy)
4- Visa fee:     RM 50.00
  
(v) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
SOCIAL/FAMILY VISA

1- Approval visa from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.
2- Female applicant's above 18 years old must submit a statutory declaration stating her status as single & consent letter from their spouse/guardian notarize by commissioner of Oaths Malaysia.
3- Testimony of relationship status: A copy of marriages certificate for spouse & A copy of birth certificate for children.
4- Visa fee:     RM 200.00  
 
(vi) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
DIPLOMATIC& OFFICAL VISA

1- A cover letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia or Concerned Embassy specifying the applicant's name, title/position and purpose of visit.
2- A copy of the itinerary / flight detailed.
3- Female applicant's must obtain consent letter from their spouse/guardian notarize by commissioner of Oaths Malaysia.
4- Testimony of relationship status: A copy of marriages certificate  for spouse & A copy of birth certificate for children.
5- Visa fee: Granted gratis (FREE).

(vii) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
TRANSIT VISA

1- Valid visa to the next country of destination.
2- Conform Air ticket to the next country of destination.
3- Testimony of relationship status: A copy of marriages certificate  for spouse & A copy of birth certificate for children. (Ladies can not apply for transit visa if not accompanied by male relative)
4- A copy of passport & residence permit in Malaysia for non-Malaysian.
5- Visa fee: Granted gratis (FREE).

(viii) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
EXIT & RE-ENTRY VISA

Your application will be considered for renewal: If the Consulate is satisfied that the reasons given for your delay are genuine. The required period of extension is within one month. Your residency (Iqama) is still valid and Work visa holders must return to Saudi within 7 months & other applicants within 1 year. If these specified periods are exceeded, an Authorization Number issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia to extend the Exit & Re-Entry visa is required.
1- A letter from the Saudi Sponsor addressed to Saudi Embassy in KL requesting the extension.
2- Apply and printout of electronic no. for the Exit &
Re-Entry visa from the Immigration.
3- A letter from the school/University acknowledges: the applicant's name, faculty, nationality and reason of extension.
4- A copy of passport & residence permit in Malaysia.
5- A valid Air ticket with Conform reservation.
6- For any other reasons, please submit relevant documents.
7- Visa fee: Granted gratis (FREE).

(ix) REQUIREMENTS & CHEK LIST FOR
 STUDY VISA 

1- An Offer letter from the University in Saudi Arabia.
2- An acknowledge letter from Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia that has no objection for the students to further study at the mentioned University.
3- A translation of High School Certificate certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia & Saudi Embassy in KL with a bank draft (RM 30.00). Any certificates issued outside of Malaysia, should be endorsed by the issuing country's Embassy and then Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia & Saudi Embassy in KL.
4- A translation of Birth Certificate certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia & Saudi Embassy in KL with a bank draft (RM 30.00).
5- An original & copy of Medical Report from Government or Private Hospital not Clinics ensure photo is  attached, signed & stamped across the front by the Doctor (The Medical Report Form can be obtained from Saudi Embassy)
6- Police clearance from Ministry of Foreign Affairs Malaysia
7- Visa fee:     RM 50.00

IMPORTANT NOTES

* Kindly be informed that all application of Umrah Visa have to be made through Travel agency which is register with Saudi Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
* Hajj visa have to apply through Tabung Hajji for Malaysian citizenship and as for non-Malaysian they can apply through Saudi Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
* All requirements are subject to change.
* The Embassy of Saudi Arabia has the right to change any requirements without any prior notice.
