Giving effect to the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud The twins Melines and Anisia of the United Republic of Tanzania arrived at King Khalid International Airport on 10th July 2018, whereby they were accompanied by their mother and the medical team and they were entered into the National Guard in King Abdul Aziz Medical City in Riyadh. 

Coordination and follow-ups are made by The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center for their treatment and to study the possibility of separating them.
