Public Bid

The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Ottawa  is issuing a public invitation to bid for the following business competition for the Embassy’s building and residence:- operation and maintenance of mechanical, electronical and security, landscaping and gardening coordination, insect control, snow removal, pool maintenance, janitorial services, as well as operation and maintenance of the swimming pool.

This invitation is open to a major company specialized in this field to carry out these works at the required implementation level and estimated cost.

Companies with the adequate capacity and expertise are invited to visit the office at:  201 Sussex Dr, to pick up the prequalification documents that need to be filled out and returned to the Embassy within 2 weeks of the advertisement date.
