- Escort Multi/Single
This visa is granted to family members ( wife and children only) of Business Man Visa holder or Commercial Visit Visa holder who wish to travel with his/her family. Also the visa is granted in some specific cases.

- Family Visit Visa Multi/Single

8. Work Experience from applicant’s workplace-should be attested by Chamber of Commerce and Industries
9. Graduation Certificate (Original & Copy) – (Endorsed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and Legalized by Saudi Cultural Office, and Consulate in Japan)
10. Health Certificate (Original & Copy) issued within 3 months – (Endorsed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and Legalized by Saudi Consulate in Japan) Along with regular health checks, the following tests are required; Chest X-ray, HIV, and Hepatitis B & C
*Red Cross Hospitals and National hospitals are more likely to obtain certification of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan
11. Criminal certificate issued within 3 months - Endorsed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan *For foreigners: if the length of stay in Japan is less than 6 months, certificate from his/her home country is required.

- Resident Visa
1. Original Passport (valid for 6 months on the arrival date, with at least 1 empty page)

- Omrah Visa

*This visa is required to be applied by an authorized Hajj agency, however, it hasn’t been confirmed yet for the year of 1438H. It will be announced on this website later on.
*From 1438H, the government of Saudi Arabia shall bear visa fee 2000 S.R. on behalf of the applicant who performs Hajj for the first time. Visa fee 2000 S.R. is required for the applicant from the second time of Hajj. The travel history for the purpose of Hajj doesn’t reflect in this new regulation
Notice:
1. Making appointment at the agencies mentioned in this website should be possible within closest 48 hours as maximum (2 business days). In case of delay, please contact the Consular Section in that regard.
2. The documents and passport are sent to the Consular Section in the next day of application at VFS. The Consular Section takes necessary procedure for issuance of visa in the same day of its receiving application from VFS and return the passport within the day. In case of delay of passport return from VFS, Please contact the Consular Section.
