Legalization Section


 Please note that the Consulate only legalizes CANADIAN issued documents.
Please note that the consular section reserves the right to refuse the legalization of any document based on the Saudi government rules and regulations.
 
 

Legalization of other documents​​

  • Documents of a corporate or personal nature including business deals, Patent registrations or applications, power of attorney (please include copies of passports if it is a personal power of attorney), Birth/Marriage Certificates (Please include copies of passports), pharmaceutical certificates, registration statements and declarations
  • Degrees, school records, letters of experience, medical reports, school and university registration letters etc. (please include proof of residency in the Kingdom, i.e. a copy of a work contract, OR a copy of your visa in the Kingdom, OR a copy of IQAMA, etc.)
  • University Degress, School Reports, must be stamped from the Saudi Cultural Bureau ottawa before sending it to the embassy.

Documents required:​

  1. All documents must be first stamped by a notary than by the Canadian Legal Division of the Deparment of Foreign Affairs and International Trade before being submitted to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia

  3. One copy of each document to be stamped attached to the legalization form.
  4. All documents to be authenticated must be clearly arranged and labeled
